For over 25 years, I’ve been helping women step into their power and make lasting change. As a feminist advocate, coach, and host of the Well Woman Show
on NPR, I’ve seen firsthand how burnout, overwhelm, and systemic barriers hold brilliant, capable women back.
With a master’s degree in Public Policy from the London School of Economics,
I’ve dedicated my life to creating opportunities for women—whether through leadership development, systemic consulting, or community programs.
Because when women thrive, families and communities flourish.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, pulled in a million directions, and held back by societal expectations. My mission is to dismantle the systems that perpetuate inequality and help high-achieving women reclaim their power, lead with confidence, and make the impact they’re here to create.
